Victorious t4 set glowing disappears when helmet is changed

As you can see from the image while equipping another mtx helmet removes the chest glow, not equipping any mtx item in helmet still keeps the glow so glow does not come from the t4 helmet. Changing your area with no mtx on still removes the glow maybe its a set effect? Since I think helmet is the worst part about the reward set it would be cool if it kept its glow when mix matching with other helmets.

I'd like to upvote this bug report, experiencing the same issue with T3 Victorious Body Armor and have heard the same report after asking in global chat.

The Glow works if used together with the Victorious Helmet and persists immidiately if you unequip the Victorious Helmet MTX.

However as shown here most other Helmet MTX break the glow and if you switch to no helmet MTX without having the Victorious Helmet equipped previously there will also be no glow on the Body Armour.

Would really appreciate you looking into this, the body armour is really unappealing without the glow&color!
