Balance of terror bug

The Balance of Terror elemental weakness. Phys as random element is completely not working. I Cast the curse and the tool tip on a 100% phys spell doesn't change.

This isn't a bug.
The tool tip has no idea what element the game is going to pick until you actually use the skill and hit something with it. It can't display what it doesn't know. It works just fine. Edit: And just to make sure. YOU have to cast the curse as well. It can't be triggered.
