Defiled Forces does not refresh the duration of reflected ailments on yourself

Given the scenario of:
- Defiled Forces is specced
- Herald of Thunder + Hextouch is socketed into Shackles of the Wretched and active
- Fulcrum is being used and ailments are reflected onto yourself

Expected behaviour:
- Herald of Thunder would reflect a curse onto yourself, refreshing the duration of the ailments that are afflicting you.

Actual behaviour:
- Ailment duration is not refreshed.

Possibly related to Lethe Shade not working with reflected ailments?

(It's also possible this isn't a bug because the wording does specifically say for Enemies, but most other things that refer to enemies you curse apply to yourself as well.)
