Can't see my characters on POE website

I use Steam to play POE, I logged on with my steam account, but I can't see my character nor import it to POB. It just says that I have no characters.
I checked the configs and my steam account is linked with the account, but I still cannot see my character. Any help? Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 9:06:43 PM

" Hiya, Are you 100% sure you're logging into the correct account? If you are and you are still not able to locate your characters would you please send an email to support@grindinggear.com with your Path of Exile account name and a few character names so this could be investigated? |

The same thing is happening to me. I bought 2 keys for POE2 EA, one for PS5 and one for Steam.
I played on PS5, but can't see to find my characters anywhere on POE2 website, nor connect the accounts, so I can play with them on my PC... Just sent an e-mail to support, please help! |
