Instance Serves at uk.leaseweb.net are causing lag spikes.

Another night with lag spikes in every other instance. And every time the fault is at the instance servers at uk.leaseweb.net.

I suspect this to be a problem for the whole europe region as we see many threads aboiut "lag spikes" these days.

I'm going to set a null route again for 23.106.61.0/24. This usually fixes the problem as it forces the game to use other instance servers. Just a hint for my fellow exiles.

Well.. the null route workaround seemed to work on other days. But this time around the game created instances on these leaseweb servers despite my client being unable to connect to them. So take that with a grain of salt.
