I just wanna ask why my account Oanhkieu9696 got the banned with the reason breach terms of use.
Why i play the game like a hobby ,buy a support pack, gearing a character top dps poe.ninja like a god hit the baned and I sent a message to the baned appearl to take a re-look on my account and no one reply in like 3 day. This time around is my holiday season and i dont wanna waiting like i doing something wrong here? Last bumped on Dec 22, 2022, 1:31:15 PM

" Sadly GGG doesn't tell you why other then main topic and for you that's --> Breach of ToS Regarding the BAN appeal, then this is handle by the account investigation team and you will have to wait until it's your turn in their queue. Waiting for several days / weeks is "normal" around new league lunch. Also GGG will not handle request like this via the forum....... |

In the end after all the time and money i spent in this game , and the answer from a random banned is "waiting for a several days/ week"? and waiting the queue, or you calling it like "my turn"?
It's unconscionable that you treat people in this manner. I can prove everything your team baned or what ever you need me to prove just take a look on it . No luck for me i guess? just steal money and move on? |
