Upgrades: You can upgrade from one of these Supporter Packs to another in the same series by clicking "Upgrade" on the desired pack. This will credit you with the difference between the pack you're upgrading to and the one you already own. The process will include any pure points packs purchased since Dec 20, 2022 10:45 AM (PST).

Why is the upgrade option for core supporter packs only available for money spent from Dec 20th onwards? Why wouldn't it be back dated to the league launch which was on Dec 9th? Seems kinda weird especially when you released quite a few things between the 9th and the 19th. Anyway to get the date pushed back or are people just out of luck?

In case I recall correctly: you can always contact GGG support for upgrades that aren't necessarily covered within the system. From what I've heard, support is more than willing to make it work for you, if possible in any way. I've done something similar, and the staff were perfectly willing to help me out in any way.

In any case, doesn't hurt to try.
