Voidborn armour effect but as a character effect

Suggestion to add the voidborn Armour floating effect as a character effect instead. Love the floating it brings, but being forced to use the chest is a downside of owning the pack.

Hell, make it a ring effect instead. There's a second ring skin slot most people aren't using. Imagine pairing floating with the Chronomancer effect for the after-images. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! The effect tied to the armor is such a letdown. Would've bought the pack if it was a ring. Pls just add that to a ring. There's no reason not to and there's only more money to be made. Such a cool effect but why tie it to armor? Those who bought packs are into fashion and would want to have the effect with different sets. Why prevent that?
