Prospero's Ring "Fist Bump" does not make advertised sound when trade completes

Prospero's Ring, from the Gemling Supporter Pack, does not make the sound advertised in the pack's trailer when a trade completes. This is most of the reason I bought the pack, so needless to say, I'm very disappointed.
