[Item idea] Scroll of Divinity: Scroll of Wisdom + Lucky Divine

Scroll of Divinity
----------
Identifies an item and randomizes the numeric values of the random modifiers on the item, with lucky values.

Ruthless has definitely reminded me of the value of identifying an item, but it's a bit disappointing that there are few applications of this mechanic in the game.

So what about a Scroll of Wisdom that has an extra effect? To start with, it's everyone's favorite overpowered loot system: lucky numerical values! This gives incentives for picking up items from the ground, as players can make them luckier.

To counter the power level, I'd like to point out that the identification process should be once in an item's lifetime. The only instance I can think of where you can undo the identification process is corrupting a map. This is more for any special version of a Scroll of Wisdom, not just the proposed Divinity effect.

Though while typing this I thought of another problem: this incentivizes players to not identify items and instead sell them to someone with a "good" identification scroll (whether lucky divine or another variant). Why bother identifying that Ashes of the Stars when you know someone else could do a better job?

At first I thought it would be good to have this less common than exalts / divines, but if it was more common it might entice players to actually use them rather than selling off valuable uniques and valuable scrolls to others.

Hopefully this at least inspires someone's imagination.
