Corrupted Gear Crafting

Now that we have all the different ways to craft(change) corrupted items(like tainted armour scraps etc..) How about a tainted Exalt orb GGG so we could slam corrupted items. Or a crafting bench option with Exalts and Vaal orb combo, like with the fuses etc...
