How to craft these 4 influence mods on the chest?

Hello, I am trying to figure out how this chest is crafted for cyclone shockwave build.
As far as I know you can awakeners orb 2 mods: mana cost and crit. Then you use suffixes cant be changed and harvest craft reforge caster to force Curse mod.
