Failed to apply item: Item has fixed socket colours - Tempering orb cannot overwrite

I've been using Tempering orbs on my axe. Usually with an undesirable outcome I'm able to use another orb to overwrite, even if it's changed or forced socket numbers.
This mod; "All sockets are blue, Mana modifiers have 10% increased effect" seemingly cannot be overwritten. Tempering Orbs should overwrite the mod, regardless of what the mod says.  Last bumped on Jan 8, 2023, 2:34:24 PM

put it into the crafting bench and remove the enchant
