Righteous Fire degen higher than it is supposed to be

On my character SnabzTraps i was planning to run righteous fire for its damage buff combined with Eternal Damnation to reduce its degen so i can out-regen its dot on myself. At first i thought the eternal damnation amulet was bugged and not giving as much damage reduction as it is supposed to give. Upon further testing i noticed it was actually righteous fire that was draining my life for alot more than supposed to. I noticed it because Path of building was telling me i was degening 80 life/s without having any traps thrown and without wearing eternal damnation when in reality the degen on me was more closer towards ~150 life /s. With the amulet equipped im not supposed to degen at all yet im still quite heavily degening. I double and triple checked that there is no error on my part. So either path of building is incorrectly calculating righteous fire degen or it does indeed degen for more than its supposed to ingame.
