Vaaling fractured item -> brick outcome not respecting fractured mod

Hello!

I was able to reproduce this many times.

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but in case of a bug, id like to share it with the devs.

- vaal orbing fractured rare jewel
- brick outcome still has a fracture mod but now that fractured mod is changed to a random affix

With tainted currency back in action, I find this a bit confusing. Fractured affixes should be respected and kept, leaving the possibility to use tainted chaos orb.
