Sanctified Relic not changing damage

Hello, I have a Sanctified relic that gives 2 to 3 cold damage to attacks per 10 dexterity. When I equip it, my attacks damage #s don't change at all.

I have another relic that gives 10% max es, and that changes my es value, so is the dex mod just disabled? or does it not appear on tooltip? Would like to have some way to quick gauge dps and see which relic is better.

Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. For the moment though, it won't work for Spectral Shield Throw.
