Expedition didn't spawn

Hello. Now such a situation happened, I smeared the card, threw alkh, vaal everything as always, it turned out 130+ quant card. I put the map in the map device's car, and threw in 4 scarabs (one of which, of course, was for the expedition), went in, cleaned the map and now the moment of truth, I find that the expedition did not appear. It seemed to me once that this had happened to the scarab before, but I did not track this moment and thought that I had simply put the wrong one. This time I clearly checked that I put the right scarab, but the expedition did not spawn. What is this nonsense, can someone explain this? (those who want to ask if my atlas expedition is blocked, the answer is no, of course not blocked).
Now I have a feeling that if I have nodes for the appearance of the expedition, then they conflict with the scarab, but this cannot be, the scarab guarantees the appearance of the expedition ....maybe i missed some nerf???
Do I create a topic there? Maybe somewhere else to test the theory?

Sounds like you did allocate "Growing Hordes" keystone on your atlas tree.
