How to craft this ring?

Im a crafting beginner but wanna try and make the best out of this one.

I have Aisling T4 in Research and want to use the veil crafting option.
Would it be correct to craft suffixes cannot be changed to remove it on the syndicate crafting bench?
After that i would use can have up to three crafted modifiers to fill the 2 open affixes.

And is there a way to spare me the "useless" 3 modfier affix?

What are you hoping the end ring looks like? It's always important to evaluate what that result is (and what it would cost) vs. the cost of crafting. When making gear for myself, I don't always craft--I only do so if it either cannot be bought (because no one else wants a ring as weird as mine) or it's cheaper.

Id like

- life
- non channeling skills have -x mana cost (could use a better jewel)
- combi res lightning + chaos. Solves 2 issues:
1. i dont need lightning on the other ring.
2. it dont have to be a ametheist ring

but that only works when i can get rid of the 3 modfier affix

The ring you want can't exist unless you get a fracture with either the combo res or the non-channeling mod. And even then it would be pretty expensive to make if you don't already have the other mods on it.
