"Not enough resolve" after receiving maximum resolve boon

I started with 99/300 Resolve. I chose an Accursed Pact that increased my maximum resolve by 200, but then reduced my resolve by a % (I can't remember exactly the downside). After that pact I ended at 299/425 Resolve.

The second pact that I wanted to take was "Gain 200 Inspiration and lose 200 Resolve," but when trying to take it I get the error that I don't have enough Resolve. I assume the pact thinks that I still have 99 Resolve as this was designed before the maximum resolve healing change. If this is intentional then a wording change would be nice.


Should also not that I did not have any afflictions that affected Resolve gained/lost.

This happened to me too. Same thing, started with not enough resolve then gained more maximum and still cannot trade resolve for inspiration.
