No Sanctum Boon Vendor

I did both of the hidden quests in Act 2 and 7 and am able to do Sanctum runs but I get no boons in between each room. I saw the vendor once early on and haven't seen it since.

I also get next to no rewards. A room will say, "major" or "minor" reward and the only thing I get is boon currency which I can't spend anyway.

Seems like a fun league. I'd love to play it like everyone else.

Major and Minor treasures only provide the event currency for spending at the Merchant.

AFAIK you only get boons from certain room rewards: Radiant Fountain, Benevolent Fountain, Merchant, Accursed Pact.

The room rewards offering currency are available from floor end bosses, "Offers Items on Completion" rewards, and "Accursed Pact" rewards if you accept at least one pact.

I haven't seen the merchant in my last 30 or so successful rooms.

The merchant isn't randomly in the reward room.
The room has special icon and says contains merchant

You should.
It's also not like you see it every room but she's on every floor. Maybe try different paths

I've done more than 100 rooms at this point and have yet to see a room or a vendor.

I'm really curious at this point. Could you post some screenshots of what your Sanctum maps looks like, to not have these encounters?

Unless you have an affliction that hide room reward.
(Reward are blank in the map when you choose a room)
You should be able to see merchant.(And other room reward)

Note you only see 1room further unless afflicted by something that reduce it or boon that increase it.

When you select a room you can see it giving you stuff like

-Minor Treasure
-Major Treasure
-Fountain
-Cursed Fountain
-Radian fountain (Rarest soo far)
-Merchant
-Currency Reward

Merchant look like an icon of a character, when you finish you have the ncp at the corner of the room. You talk to her and you can buy boon there
(Sometime relic)

If you encounter a room that was empty as end reward that might had been the merchant room... She just in the corner and you have to talk to her.
