Gemling sage support pack fist bump no sound

Hi guys my fist bump vfx doesnt have any sound. In preview video there is sound Effect but in game when I bought it there is none. Am I the only one? Or theres simply no sound and they lied?

Cuz im thinking about refund ugh.
