[Already known] Can't upgrade Tempered Spirit jewel in Incursion temple

Running an incursion and it won't allow me to sacrifice my tempered spirit jewel in an Apex of ascension tier 3 room even though I have the vial of transendace and the jewel placed in the altar. Also doesn't seem like there are any transendance jewels on the market either.
