The Balance of Terror (unaffected by freeze)

You are immune to freeze, not unaffected. Didn't check other ailemnts. Fix it please

Immune to Reflected Damage if you've cast Punishment in the past 10 seconds - doesn't work for me. This jewel is broken

Try to self cast. The Balance of Terror says "if you've cast"
