Can't drop normal t16 maps (Fixed)

I'm not sure if this is the result of a recent patch or some kind of trigger but as of the last 4 ish hours from this post I've been unable to drop a single t16 non guardian, non blighted map.

I haven't taken Singular focus on my atlas tree, I've tried unallocating my favorite map slots and I basically went through all the t16 maps I had in my stash.

the amount of maps I did was more than reasonable to at least see a single t16 but I got nothing, leading me to believe this is more than bad RNG.

Notable things I've done that might have triggered this are either defeating Lycia in her true form and attempting to help a fried to secure his loot on floor 4 and dying in the process during the non true form boss fight (ran out of hp not resolve) and my friend beating her anyway and taking the loot.
At some point between after 2 events I noticed the lack of maps.

I might add that taking off my 4 watch stones and doing a t16 map did drop me t5 and below maps so the problem seems to be exclusive to t16s with 4 Watchstones.|

Update: fixed after restarting the game and updating the client
