Hrimsorrow not converting Phys DoT

Currently playing a Cold Convert Exsanguinate build, Hrimsorrow is converting the initial hit of the skill, but the skill tooltip still says its doing "X physical damage a second". I also tried corrupting fever and reap, just to see if the tooltip was the same, and it says it still does physical damage a second. Is Hrimsorrow properly converting and the tooltip is wrong, or is it not converting the phys DoT of the skills. Thanks.

Conversion does not apply to damage over time.
