The Dutiful Soldier and Sanctum bug

Huck disappear after closing sanctum on map. Also feels like The Dutiful Soldier node on Atlas doesn't work at all. Can't see nither damage boost nor exp boost. Also it is veeeery dissapointing that Huck doesn't proc auras from his gear like gear is completely off.
So I would like to hear some one from GGG to clarify is it intended ot just bugged?

Yeah I'm currently experiencing this issue during Crucible League on Maps. I have The Dutiful Soldier notable on Atlas Tree and Huck is nowhere to be seen before opening smuggler's cache, or after opening smuggler's cache on my maps :(
