Hardcore League port to Standard League instead of Standard
When you die, why do you go to standard rather than standard league? Such a bummer as I would want to continue the character, but not on standard. Basically, considering on being done with the league now, so would like to hopefully better understand the logic on this. Thank you.

Make another character or dont play hardcore.
It's not for the faint of heart. |

the game's nice enough letting you keep your character at all after a hardcore death

" or just move it to standard league? I was having disconnection issue for entire league and lost 3 characters... |

I never quite understood why they dropped the league tag either and among many other things it probably played a roll in making HC far less popular. Back when the game had 3 Acts I used to play HC with buddies all the time. One of them had a habit of dying so we'd have to stop our run.
Back then, leagues didn't mean much. A trophy, that's it. There was little difference between HC league and just HC except if CARL died yet again we'd just switch to standard until he leveled a HC character near the same place we stopped before. Now leagues drive this game. I don't play HC anymore for many reasons and never recommend it. "Never trust floating women." -Officer Kirac
