Masters and Trials not spawning in maps.

I've run ~55 maps so far, and in that time masters have never showed up except either when I'm using a master mission or a Kirac mission, and zero labyrinth trials. According to other peoples' accounts labyrinth trials are appearing but only at absurdly low rates, to the point where SSF players might never get access.

Okay masters are appearing, but at an insanely low rate. I'd estimate that I've run 100 maps without using a master mission, and during that time I've seen Einhar ONCE and Niko ZERO times. Alva and Jun I've seen a handful of times, maybe 2-3. That puts the spawn rate of masters somewhere in the vicinity of 1%.
