So Kirak's Vault has a skin for a flask that cannot be obtained due to bugs and that the only usage was for a build that got nerfed 3 leagues in a row, and at this particular point with the HH stealing stuff that cannot be removed from the character makes it pretty unplayable, the hell is with this decisions from GGG ?
