Firesong Crimson jewel Bug

hello today i was experimenting some stuff and i notice the Firesong Crimson jewel has some kind of bug i have 2 jewels with ignite reduction of 30%=60% and the Phanteon Abberath soul 60% that shoul be 120% but here its the problem idk why but the phanteon dont get counted why?

Duration stat shows % reduced, Abberath soul gives % less, it doesn't show in stats.
