Mandatory quest tracking for Heist quest contracts

Currently Heist quest contracts display quest tracking on the right side of the screen even if quest tracking is turned off, if in the rogue harbour or currently doing a contact. Please change this, I have 7 separate giant screen blocking UI distractions right now despite, again, having quest tracking turned off in the options.
