Soul Mantle not inflicting hexes when totems die

Hello,
Is there an expected fix coming for this massive issue? The armor is unusable, as no hexes are being inflicted. Hope this issue gets resolved soon, its two days since launch not really fun investing time and effort into a build to have its core item broken and unusable..
