Cast when damege taken support, Enduring Cry with Zealot's Oath problem

Anyones know why those 2 gems in connection with Zealot's Oath are not working together?
Zealot's Oath should put amount from life regeneration to energy and itself it is working with Enduring Cry, but somehow Enduring Cry is not trigered by Cast when damage taken when those 2 gems are connected. Why?

Enduring Cry is not a spell, and cannot be triggered by CWDT.
