The bandit quest is a disgrace

How is it that in a game where the average player has gone trough the campaign 15 times(this is hyperbole for the sake of the argument), where their conditioned to just click rough dialogue to skip it, in 2022 you can still missclick on ''Help x'' and it's final, you don't even have to accept the Apex. And the price to make things right is 20 orbs of regret. No one in the history of the game got 20 orbs of regret from the campaign. You mean to tell me that I waisted an hour of my life, in the span of a split second mistake and my choices are to either start over or play for another 8-20 hours to complete the campaign depending on the player and another however many hours it takes to get those 20 orbs. Almost as many orbs as it takes to respec every single skill point you get from the campaign skill books. This one quest ~the whole of the rest of the campaign to you?
I am not going to play the rest of this league out of principle, as a matter of fact I'm uninstalling it. I haven't chosen hardcore, I didn't know I could invalidate a hour of progress in a split second when I created this character. Last bumped on Dec 13, 2022, 8:58:11 AM

A bit of an over reaction id say. There is no way two passive points or whatever bandit you wanted will break your build until you get to maps where 20 regrets is chump change.
But uh be principal'd I guess? |

Xbox has a big problem with double-clicks. I have PTSD from those quests, always so worried its going to double-click and I am stuck with a fix that is very expensive at early game.

If you manage to "help" Oak or Kraityn, delete character and start over. Since it's only A2, in 1h you should be back in business. |
