Cannot Sacrifice Tempered Mind with Vial.

I have a Tempered Mind on a level three Altar of Sacrifice, the button to sacrifice is greyed out when the jewel is placed on the altar even when the Vial is placed into it's slot too.
If i place any other kind of unique item on the altar, the button is use-able like normal. Am I not able to obtain Transcendant Mind anymore or is this unintended? Last bumped on Dec 11, 2022, 1:15:15 PM

Can put items into slots, sacrifice button is greyed out. Bug reference number for me: 1,497,169,028 |
