Unique stash tab has "no space" after patch

Today I CTRL-clicked on a legendary helmet to put it in the purchased Unique stah tab and got an error message about no room. Yesterday I worked. I was able to drag and drop the item in, however.

Only one unique of the same name can be placed in the tab, not 2 or 3. (There is some exception btw)
