Lucia, Herald of the Scourge bug?

So first of all, thanks for the surprise boss at the end of sanctum. I guess this means I won't be getting my divine's (sad panda).

Apart from my opinion about the one shot mechanic, I'm now dead but there is no revive/resurection button whatsoever. What am I supposed to do?

I didn't receive the reward of the boss of the last floor (except for the sanctified relic she dropped), and now I'm affraid to logout because I don't know if there are supposed to be more rewards?

I logged out and now that I started a new sanctum I can confirm my fears were true, I didn't receive any of the floor completion rewards from the last floor
