Act 7 Fellshrineruins Quest for Sanctum not proccing

So apparently there is a quest for act 7 fellshrine ruins which unlocks the "pact" feature in the sanctum.

My whole discord didn't know about it till it procced only for the 5th player of the discord to reach the prologue.


We are all now trying to get this quest. Constantly relogging and entering the prologue sometimes triggered the quest. Now half of the discord has it the rest is still unable to get it. Is there a certain trigger or something?

going to fellshrine ruins without it doesn't do anything.

I also highly doubt it has something to do with sanctum progression since i already cleared floor four multiple times while others that have it unlocked never reached floor four.

Also why does rejoining prologue sometimes procc the quest?

The first person on the discord to get it did so right after campaign, i am already close to completing the atlas still the feature/quest is locked for me.

I was now able to complete it.
