Ruthless Filter?

How do I? I read a lot of "Ruthless filters are different" but without any explanation as to how they are different. I just want to highlight some item classes. I've made a filter with just one Show section, and a filter that was entirely empty, but I'm not sure how to actually access them from the UI. The "refresh" icon for the filters also looks greyed out, which might be the main problem. What gives?

Have you tried using Filterblade or NeverSink's filter?

No, I'm trying to make my own filter. Even if those work that doesn't tell me anything about why mine doesn't.

Did you make it through your profile, or did you put it into your item filter folder?

I have no idea about local filters, but submitting it online just selects between ruthless and normal.

Go to https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Revenchule/item-filters, and make sure you select ruthless as game type.

Yeah I made a local one, but thanks for giving me that clue.

Made a filter online and that one works fine! I guess local filters are just not supported yet, well it is in beta after all. :D

I have to contradict here. Downloaded Neversinks Filter for ruthless (local!), and it works just fine.
