Hi, can i know the reason why my main account is banned, the banned date stated on 10 oct 2022 which i have quit on the early start of 3.19. I always give out all my gear whenever i quit a league. so not too sure if it rmt issue or what other reason that cause my account to be banned.

I know i should send a ban appeal to the gmail provided , but it been 2 day and will probably take very long for your team to msg me so i have decided to post here hoping for a prompt reply to see if it a mistaken ban?

Already did , but would want to play this league on my off day so was trying out luck to see if im able to get it settle asap

yeah GGG doesn't do that.
Main reason is that normal support (the ones who reply here) doesn't handle BAN appeals. This is done by a seperate department inside GGG (The account investigation team). They don't give out timeframe on when they are done with the investigation.

However you will never get any more information then main reason like -->
- RMT
- Breach of ToS
- 3 party software

sad , just worry they consider all my giveaway at end of league at global channel as RMT or software like poe awakened shl be fine yea?

if the reason given to you was "Breaching ToS" then that's not it because then you should be banned with the reason RMT.

Where can i check the list of Tos to see if i breach any of it?
