Seismic cry doesn't exert Tectonic slam

Hi!
I noticed a bug while using Tectonic Slam and Seismic Cry.
Seismic Cry does not exert Tectonic Slam attacks.

Class :
Marauder level 50

Ascendancy:
Juggernaut with Undeniable notable

Links :
Tectonic slam - Endurance charge on melee stun - Multistrike - Elemental Damage with attacks (body armour)
Seismic Cry - Molten shell - Blood rage (boots)

Location :
everywhere (tried in The Twilight Strand act 6 and The Prison act 6)

Context :
When using Seismic Cry before Tectonic Slam and then attacking with Tectonic Slam, the attack counter on Seismic Cry's icon doesn't decrease. To see if this wasn't simply a visual bug, I tried to compare Tectonic Slam attacks without Seismic Cry, then attacks with Seismic Cry. It's approximate but I didn't notice any difference in the AOE of Tectonic Slam.

After a few more hours of play I can add that cries in general don't work with Tectonic Slam.
So far I tried with: Seismic Cry, Infernal Cry and Intimidating Cry.
