Leo Research 3 "The Operation could not be completed"

I am unable to use Leo to link the sockets in this item:





There doesn't appear to be any restriction against linking via this method.

So there appears to be some issue with the craft itself.

And yes, I did not use the bench before. This is on first-time usage.

I see the live thread stating as fixed but the timestamp appears to be before my posting. Could I please get confirmation on this?
