Ruthless: How do I hide items per filter?

The 'Hide' isnt supported in Ruthless filters. So how do I hide items I dont want to see?

You could look at NeverSink's filter for reference.

There's no Hide but there's Minimal, which makes items look rather small.

Im using some coding to make them half-invisible and as small as possible but they are still somewhat visible especially on light ground and they can still be unintentionally picked up.

Having looked though it, it looks like not.
Minimal, as Revenchule notes, is as good as it gets I guess.
