I suffered unreasonable BAN eason: "Too Many Accounts"
The account of BAN is Grishrk
I just joined this game for a few months
Today, I saved $100 for playing games
Purchased some tabs
And then just an hour ago
I was banned from "Too Many Accounts"
I used Chinese culture to modify GGPK to make the UI Chinese
I used VPN ExpressVPN
IP address in Singapore
Just because I need a stable connection, I use VPN
I didn't do anything else
I don't even know how to Too Many Accounts
I have asked support@grindinggear.com
as well as banappeals@grindinggear.com
Two email addresses asking for help, but they ignored me
I can't help it
So I have to turn to the forum

GGG won't help via the forums. Regular support has nothing to do with the account banning/un-banning procedure.

The only thing you can do is use the Ban appeal buttonl when you login with your banned account and give them all of the information that you want them to consider or use the banappeals@grindinggear.com to email them.

And then if it's really your fault

Look, you either email them with the information they asked for and try and get it resolved, or you sit here on the forums and complain and NOTHING will get fixed. The longer it takes you to email them, the longer you don't have your original account if the ban is reversed.

Your choice.
