3.20.0 Hotfix 1

Fixed a bug where gems could be affected by the special rare monster reward outcome that dropped items with up to 30 quality.
Fixed a bug where a rare monster reward outcome could cause items could drop with too many sockets too early.
Disabled the Triple Actions rare monster mod from spawning. While the monsters were happy with its downside in exchange for great power, Headhunter players were not.

You will need to enter a new area for these changes to take effect.
