Can't invite people to lobby

As title says, someone pmed for a trade and it wouldn't let me invite that person to my lobby, so does anyone on global.

It was already addressed by GGG a couple lines above yours. also you can still trade, just not efficiently. I've managed a couple of worthwhile early league trades so far.
