Setup Failed - unable to install

Good morning

Trying to reinstall POE. on PC.
After opening the downloader, I gave a "setup failed" " 0x 800070643 - Fatal error during installation"

Been around 10 years, haven't had this problem before.

There is a notepad list of 30 items that pops up.

NEVERMIND it just installed after like 15 tries and couple of pc reboots.
Try open Windows Powershell and type: DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Wait till it ends.
Then open cmd and type: sfc /scannow
Wait again.
Reboot pc till it works I guess?

Ensure that you're using Windows 10 or Windows 11. IF you're not, there aren't free upgrades available anymore.

SOLVED

I had to completely uninstall the old POE. And do a complete fresh re-install.
