Bar is mega low. We got a relatively normal patch (that isn't great still; best things are pretty much just Arch Nemesis being removed, assuming new system isn't somehow as bad, and Melee Splash on the tree. Patch notes are solid. Yes I like Lightning Strike and it's sad to see it go, but it had a long run of being an S tier skill. Give something else a chance.

The only thing I really really crave is to un-do the 3.15 movement skill nerf. Movement skills are a must in current deadly meta and uber bosses that kill in a single hit, yet they nerfed their cooldown recovery really hard and haven't done anything to counterbalance this change.
