add "skill efficiency"
" one could see that the other way around - those bosses are gated through optimizing all towards the meta builds. but why not twist the meta a little: dynamically add factors to skill gems based on their usage in that particular league? once a day make the statistics, then punish the top 10 skills with -2% efficiency, top 11-50 -1% efficiency, and buff the other end respectively, maybe limited within a +- 20% range - this would reward creative builds and punish copy&pasters. |

There are far, far easier ways to stop copy paste building which don't require players to reach act 6 before learning what they're playing (or re-rolling, can you imagine learning that your best skill is sweep?)
Your idea would essentially force every single player to completely respec their character after spending hours testing out each skill gem individually, after spending hours reaching the point at which every skill gem becomes available. This might literally be the new worst idea I've ever seen in the suggestion forum. |

" thank you. if you hate dynamic gameplay it's certainly not for you. and as i wrote, there needs to be no disadvantage playing as usual. regarding respeccing midgame: that's already the case when some overpowered interaction is discovered on reddit, players swap immediately to te newest shit that trivialises the game. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

" How is your idea dynamic? Isn't it actually static? dynamic: you can modify those stats in certain ways or at least "work on them". static: You get those hidden stats and you can't do anything about it. just curious - I might have misunderstood. “Human decency is not derived from religion. It precedes it.”

" it's more dynamic than the current system, of course they can add more factors and options if more dynamic is needed from their pov. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
