Chance to Poison support bug

I'm assuming this is a bug because it's not consistent with (to my knowledge) every other skill/support gem. As a witch it is given out as a quest reward. Normally it would then also be available to purchase from the vendor in that same town, but it isn't. If a witch character wanted to level another poison gem they would have to wait until act 3 Siosa to get it. Please fix, ty.

Do the mercy mission to unlock it.

He is correct. I just tried it and chance to poison is not able to be purchased at the vendor after doing the mercy mission quest but all the other gems are.

In the meantime, an easy workaround is to make a shadow if you need the extra gem early on as its the freebie from the twilight strand and takes about a minute to get.
